Jaya Career Center is Career Center at Pembangunan Jaya university that helps students and graduates plan and develop their careers by providing services such as career counseling, resume workshops, and interview techniques. THE BRIDGE Jaya Acceleration Program is a recruitment program for UPJ students with good academic achievements (GPA > 3.5, timely graduation, and no violations) to various companies under the Jaya Business Unit.

JAYA INTERNSHIP PROGRAM serves as a bridge for students from Universitas Pembangunan Jaya to intern at various Jaya business units, in line with the students' study programs and interests.

CAREER AND INTERNSHIP FAIR is an event designed to connect students and graduates with companies and organizations offering job and internship opportunities. In this event, various companies from different sectors gather to present career and internship opportunities, provide information on job vacancies, and interact directly with potential candidates.

WALK-IN INTERVIEW is a job interview where applicants can come directly to the company's location without a prior appointment, usually during open recruitment events. Applicants are expected to bring their resumes and supporting documents for a direct interview with the recruitment team. This event allows companies to fill positions quickly and gives applicants the chance to showcase their qualifications, explore job opportunities, and receive immediate feedback.
