Tracer Study is a method used by several universities in Indonesia, especially to obtain feedback from alumni. The feedback obtained from alumni is needed by universities for evaluation in the framework of developing the quality and education system. This feedback can also be useful for universities to map the world of business and industry so that the gap between competencies obtained by alumni while studying and the demands of the world of work can be minimized.

          For Pembangunan Jaya University (UPJ), tracer studies are very useful for establishing further policies in carrying out the process which is in accordance with the vision of Pembangunan Jaya University to become a university that excels in advancing science and technology and forming glorious humans as lifelong learners, who dignified, broad-minded, highly competitive, cares for the environment and a pioneer of welfare. The process of Pembangunan Jaya University's Tracer Study has been carried out since 2017 and is consistently carried out every year in a coordinated manner at the University level by Student and Alumni Bureau. This survey is focused on alumni graduating in 2022, but is still open for alumni graduating from previous years to fill out a survey questionnaire.
